Annmarie has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of leaders to achieve corporate goals and objectives, especially during times of fast change and growth. She is a trusted advisor that has assisted with translating corporate goals and strategies to human and business strategies through employee engagement and change management. Awed by leadership and teambuilding, she believes in the power of teams and learning as a key to competitive advantage. She has worked in Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders and providing coaching with the results that have been proven. The experience has helped to create an environment that was open to innovations in learning, and influenced improvement of employees as well as teams. Annmarie has been inspired to give her talents as well as her time to assist in supporting Learning Ally's mission. When she is not working, she also provides support to a number of non-profit groups. They include participating as an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to assisting women develop as leaders. They also provide workshops for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional members' association that is based located in North America with the specific mission to provide training networking and advocacy specifically for hotels in the healthcare industry and also aiding Shatterproof an international non-profit organization focused on reversing the dependency issue within the United States in educating communities in helping those impacted by the disease of addiction.
